The Calling All Choir Begins!

At the request of many students from recent workshops, we’re starting a community chorus called The Calling All Choir.

We currently have three chapters meeting weekly for the month of June: East Bay, San Francisco, and Sonoma County. In September, we’ll begin singing weekly, preparing songs to perform together and in the larger community.

We’re hoping the chorus will grow and grow so spread the word!

About The Calling All Choir:

When people join their voices in song it can be inspiring, healing, heartwarming, and joyous. The Calling All Choir is an inclusive, service-based community singing organization. We are building a broad community of people who want to sing, from those who haven’t sung before to seasoned professionals. The gatherings will function not just as rehearsals for performance, but also as a laboratory for developing new ways of engaging communities in singing. We also share the joy of singing with underserved communities such as retirement homes, residential treatment centers, and developmental disability programs.
