Singing Together :: a workshop for people who want to sing with other people

+ Explore the interplay of your embodied voice with others in this
four-week workshop with singer and multi-instrumentalist Mark Growden.
Through play, vocal exercises and songs from a variety of traditions
and cultures, the two-hour sessions will join a wide range of
disparate voices in wholly transcendent singing experiences.

+ Singing Together emphasizes the release of fear, the expansion of
the heart and the liberation that singing brings.

+ No prior musical or singing experience required.

Finding your Voice :: a workshop for people who want to cultivate techniques for individual singing

+ For vocalists who want to explore individual singing, techniques,
and performance with a small group of other individual singers, this
four week workshop with singer and multi-instrumentalist Mark Growden
is a more intensive cultivation of the singular attributes of the
individual voice.

+ With a focus on breathing, opening and fully supporting the voice in
performance, this workshop is intended for those who are ready to
stand alone and perform in a safe and supported space with expert
feedback and coaching.

+ Those with some prior musical experience will likely feel more
comfortable in this workshop, though prior experience is not an
absolute requirement.
